What are the stakes?

If they are unable to find all seven amulets/people they would bring the world into despair, they wouldn’t be able to bring peace, what they called home would be destroyed, and they would be killed off.

What is the urgency?

Their world is on the brink of destruction, with the “dark” spreading throughout the world, everything they know and love would be gone. They are limited on time and need to keep pushing to find every member and activate the ruins that were originally used to seal away the “dark”.

How is this related to the theme?

To work together, communicate, to understand they have differences and that doesn't make any member any less important, to push through hardships.
